This week we
learned how the consumer behaves online and how the decision making process
works. I also continued to improving my website.
This week, I focused in the aesthetics of my website in order to make it
interesting, creative and attractive.
Since we talked about consumer behaviour and decision making, I thought
it would be important to create a home page, and a website in general, that
will attractive because it will be the first thing that the consumer will see.
I also put a pop up video, promoting a healthier lifestyle in people's
lives. According to these changes, the consumers will have a different perspective
compared with the competition’s website.

A model of the relationship between different aspects of trust and consumer response based on the categories of Bart et al. (2005) |
My website is being based in this model (picture
above) because it links the behaviour and demand of consumers with the
company's website.
I started with the Navigation and presentation part, in
order to organize the information and be easily to access everything.
